Middle and High School Sports Performance, Strength and Conditioning (Coed) 8 weeks 16 Classes
Monday and Wednesday 6pm

(If you can't make it for the entire block or, can only attend once a week due to other commitments, either go with an 8 punch pass or contact us about prorating)
